No worries at all Man, I'd love a hippolyta, such a good card. Those 3 are good substitutes. I used my undying will and cyclops purely for they can instakill abilities so I had 2 less enemies to kill. Get 2 arrow braves if you need to fill a spot. Don't forgot about frost raeger...
As promised, the deck i used to beat it. Took me only 4 tries. Sephiroth [BK] as u can see ur knowledge was put to good use. Took me a while to get all the cards i needed leveled up, but i took that time to get a few extra stars from previous dungeons, do some extra mazes and farm shards and materials. Perhaps could have done it sooner with some luck and a few more tries but i dont like so much to rely on luck and waste energy.l Awesome stuff Somar!! Nice work and glad it worked out well for you. I had a similar approach to you as well. I was wasting bucket loads of energy with constant lose after lose with the occasional one getting close. So I focused all of energy on shards for critters to help with this stage then smashed as many mazes as possible for essences. With most of my cards being mortii, It was probably 3-4weeks work to set that faen deck up.

I am wondering, did someone win this fight with pure human deck? i was really close but added two arrow braves eventually. Dont be shy guys, if you are really really close and have many not-Fae cards in your deck post this for all us to know how this can be done

Welp. Mine was somewhat unconventional compared to the Faen build used and relied a little too much on luck (and energy) but I made it yesterday with a Human Deck. Went with this method since I had a bunch of human cards and was missing too many of the faen cards to make that deck work Gladiator ability is level 1 had Ice shell 3 and Human Might 3 My priorities in the fight were as follows 1. Use Removal on Ursa or Quetzacotal 2. Kill Niddhogg and Anthema as fast as possible 3. Stall out the fight with Venom Tyrant using frost armor and healing while I got rid of the rest of the creatures C'mon page one

Oh god, yesterday evening I nearly won twice, but strangely, in th eveninng, Deck Heroes freeze very often. It works fine all day, except the evening. And it froze the two times I was nearly sure I would have won that.
And this morning, no freezing, but no luck as well...
I think I'll wait for Devil Hunter until I start trying again.

Im ready to give up, I got Poison Ivy with agile6 and thalassa, centaur chiefx2, satyr sentryx2, moon walker, titania, pale dragon, arrow brave, and frost ranger. I have attacked the 8-11 deck for over a month, not one lucky break. The closest I got was getting down to last Quetzacoalt, but it kept reviving 3 times in a row, which took out my titania which did not rebirth even once. Ever since that fight, I have not even come close again.

I realise it needs some luck with cards, but I think a disposal card would be hugely beneficial. I found the quetz to be probably the toughest card. The other key is you HAVE to draw your chiefs early (both). If you can draw both chiefs with a satyr sentry in the first 3 turns, send them out at the same time- only 3, with the chiefs on the left. This guarantees agile on them, take faen might, and you should have a great start. They cant recycle, so its all about killing as many as you can quickly, without sending out too many cards at once.
Ursa, venom and quetz are the keys- if you get a disposal card, use it on on of them but not venom, too chancy.

Also the way you play your cards and when is also a massive part. Check over some precious posts. People have posted up some strategies with their team...

Try to never have more critters in play than the enemy. His boars love that.

I've finally beat the stage I had Devil Hunter with Faen Strengh, Battle Set and Agile, and the deck was - Arrow Brave x2 - Ash Beast x2 (Only 5* I have in double) - Gorgon - Cyclops - Centaur Warchief - Satyr Sentry - Pale Dragon - Horned Beast I was trying to beat the stage for a long time, then I had the idea that battle set + Ash Beast could win this. Procing Battle Set was harder then I thought because of the HP you have to lose, but one time it proces and my Ash Beast killed Nidhogg and 2 other cards in one kill . Then got lucky with Centaur Warchief who killed Venom Tyrant in 2 hits (He had agile from DH). I disposed Querz in the end (After he revived twice, but Gorgon was last pick), and Ursa Major was one of his last cards (So no hp buffs, Moon Walker slowly killed him while he missed most of his attack on Arrow Brave) This was so hard, but I'm finally through it. Also, Ash Beast's Mass Heal helped me alot surviving early game.

Hello everyone! Today I finally beat 8-11. It may be by brute force, but because I am a pure F2P player and because I used a mortii deck I decided to post my accomplishment with the hope to help others. So as you can see from the picture below, I am using a lv. 4 Wight with Cripple at lv. 10 and Mortii Strength and Undying both at lv.8. The Hell Knight is with lv. 1 Detonate and the two Blightghasts are with Death March lv. 5. Some of the important things you want to do (and for which you pray so badly) if you are using a similar deck are as follows: 1. The Venom Tyrant has to be the played all alone, to be played in the middle of the match (because you have more cards in your hand and you can adjust your strategy appropriately) or at the end of the battle; 2. You need a Death Curse on that serpent no matter what so when he finally gets to the battle field and your hero skill is ready, make sure that he is one of the two creatures with most HP; 3. The other pain in this deck is Ursa Major. You can counter this card by positioning your Pit Dragon in front of it or applying Death Curse; 4. If you can apply Death Curse on both Ursa Major and Venom Tyrant with one shot you are probably going to win; 5. Never ever have more creatures in play than your opponent or creatures that deal direct damage to the enemy hero. Basically that’s pretty much all for this deck combination. At the end my hero had more than 5000 HP and I had 3 creatures in my hand ready to be played and another one on the battle field killing the remaining boars. I won’t discuss the success rates of the skills because it is based on some luck (I almost cry when my lv. 15 Hell Knight faced the Tyrant and hit him with 3000 + damage and survived the encounter to kill another creature and then he was reborn - it was so beautiful), but in 1-4 tries you can beat the dungeon without big problems. I hope that this will help. Have a nice day!

I'd like to add some encouragement to the community too as I just beat this damn level after a month of trying/preparing. I am a semi-free to play player mostly relying on the STAR status to accumulate gems. My deck relied on Miasma and Battle Set primarily and it still took about 8 tries once I had this deck assembled to get a good draw of cards. I used:
Hero: Poison Ivy (I wouldn't recommend this, but I was 12 shards short of Devil Hunter and didn't have a Bowmaster yet. Both of those would be much easier to win with) I had Faen Life 6 and Battle Set 5
Centaur Chief - Lvl 15 Centaur Chief - Lvl 10 (last addition, didn't realize you can get this guy from the Map 4 90% off booster. I highly recommend this) Satyr Sentry - Lvl 10 Satyr Sentry - Lvl 10 Moon Walker - Lvl 10 Hanuman - Lvl 10 (for disposal obviously) Anathema - Lvl 10 (Gas Cloud is super nice, but he is really for the bullseye to take out Ursa. Could use Paladin or maybe Valkryie instead.) Thalassa - Lvl 10 Frost Rager - Lvl 13 Sword Master Lvl 15 (As a tank mostly to gain board control)
When I won, I didn't really have a particularly good draw. The most important thing was having my 15 Centaur Chief come up in my first three cards and having the enemy Anathema come out 4th. I held the Chief for one turn until the Anathema came out and then OHKO'd him. I didn't even use dispoal on Ursa or Venom, instead I used it when the dang Quetz auto-revived. Essentially I used Rager and Sword Master to hold the line while the Sentrys, Chief, and Moon Walker took out the easier enemy Creatures. I got a little lucky with the Battle Set procs (man that sucks to get Battle Set on your creature opposite the Ursa). One proc'd on my Moon Walker opposite the Nidhogg and another on a Sentry opposite the Quetz. The Walker OHKO'd Nidhogg which was huge. Venom came out late but luckily my second Chief was ready at almost the exact same time and I was able to take the Venom out with a Sentry followed by the Moon Walker and finished off with the Chief.
The end of the fight was two Boars against 3 of my creatures and thankfully I killed them both off just before he spawned another one. Was quite a sense of relief!
Keep at it everyone, you can do it!

After 68 energy.
Finally beat this stage by: Poison Ivy (Life 9, Agile 7)
Centaur Chief x2 Satyr Sentry x3 Arrow Brave Moon Walker Pegasus Lord Treant Elder Hanuman
Even with my Miasma heavy deck, it still took a while for the opponent to screw up his draw. I got lucky when his first draw was Venom Tyrant and 3 other 6T cards, thus nothing was chomped at turn 4 and the Tyrant was killed at turn 5 using a lvl 10 Centaur Chief. I reserved Hanuman from play until opponent Ursa Major was drawn, then disposed accordingly. My third priority was killing the Anathema because of the Bullseye and poison. Also, my Pegasus Lord was killed before opponent Sharp Armor was activated, that was lucky. I never hit the opponent Berserker and he summoned only a total of 2 boars. Everything else will be easy once Tyrant, Ursa, and Anathema were killed.
Miasma, Warlust, and Battleblow seems to be the most viable skill sets here. That means fighting the opponent's power creatures, hardened by Aura and Phalanx, using only brute force.

Took some doing, with a crap-ton of luck, but finally cleared it. Ivy with Thorn Wall 6, Life 9 Agile 9 3 Centaur Chief Frost Rager lv15 with Bolt 5 Ash Beast Hanuman Moon Walker Satyr Sentry Thalassa Gorgon
Disposed Ursa and Quetz. Gorgon is only useful for the disposal, Curse just ups the rage and keeps the boars coming, Delay doesn't work well either. Tried it a few times with Devil Hunter, Entangle is good but you have to get their HP down FAST or it doesn't help, plus with any boars out you may only get to use it once or twice. Like others have already said, Miasma is the key to taking out Tyrant, but in the end clearing this stage relies very heavily on getting a great draw, AI getting a crap draw, and managing the boar output. I tried several deck strategies and heroes, but the three Chiefs plus two disposals and a recycle made it possible to win. If I had any more disposal cards I wouldn't have used Gorgon at ALL, she is dangerous. This thread was very helpful to me, so thank you guys for all the info on here, just wanted to add my two cents =)

I beat this stage with soo much trouble too... F2P here.
Cards that I had at that time: Wight (lvl 1 curse, and some damage skills lvl 5-6) Thalassa Balthazar Balthazar Dullahan Hell Knight Hell Knight Pit Minion Centaur Chief Arrow Brave Moon Walker
I got lucky, disposed the Quatz and Ursa. Balthazar got revived again, and managed to disposed a 3rd creature on their side. After those disposal, basically just try to damage their deck as much as possible. Pit minion came out after their spiky bit ends and help a little bit to hold their attack, and thalassa came last to revive some of the fallen as well. In the end, it was almost a close battle. Had the centaur chief to revived as well to deal some damage.
Really tough battle... I had to repeat more than 20+ with different card combinations of wight + fae's. I tried with the Fae deck with poison Ivy, and wasn't as good as with the undying deck, as I only had 1 centaur chief at that time.

Hi guys! It's my first post here and I want to thanks you all for the effort you put in helping those who struggle in beating the game. I have also a question for this dungeon. Since I only have 2 Centaur Chiefs. Would it be better use them unmelded. Or having a Frost Armor one?

Since I only have 2 Centaur Chiefs. Would it be better use them unmelded. Or having a Frost Armor one? Couple things: 1. It's better to have multiples for this map. Several lvl 10s is ideal but not required. I beat it with 2 at the time. 2. It will be hard to successfully meld with only 1 duplicate. What will likely happen is you'll fail and be stuck with 1 instead of 2 making this map a bit more difficult. If you have any Satyr Sentry's they're good to combo with this guy to almost guarantee some OHKOs on the tougher guys.

Well. I finally beat it. The deck is: Wight level 5 with Undying 6 and Cripple 8. Arrow Brave - 3 Pale Dragon - 2 Moon Walker Balthazar Thalassa Phantom Liege Bloodletter It was mainly luck based as I received 2 Arrow Brave in the first draw, Balthazar, Thalassa and Phantom Liege - somewhere in the beginning. Arrow Braves got Battleblow in the first two rounds and one of them managed to survive till Thalassa and Phantom Liege, so one of them got Undying and revived and another one was revived by Thalassa. Also Balthazar was revived by Undying so he disposed two cards. Bloodletter has appeared close to the end when there was many creatures in the graveyard, so she had high ATK. Also Venom has disposed Ursa. It took around 30 tries to get such a lucky sequence.
