What you need is a core of solid hitters first, then get the support crew around. Tinkering for balance is essential- or you end up with too much buff with nothing to take advantage of it, or not enough buff for your big hitters to strengthen up. A balance of 5/5 is probably decent, but you may want to go 4/6 in favour of buffers.
As mentioned, FA is a hard counter to most Neander. Very few have good bullseye options (obvious exception being Anathema and Twins, fairly common) and they have few magic options (Tidal Siren/Yeti probably most prominent). Gas cloud is your biggest danger, but with enough mass heal you should be able to take care of that comfortably, especially with some buffs.
2 Ash Beasts make a fantastic central core with sweeping blow, mass heal and unbound. They keep your team well healed as well as immune to lockdown, and a few buffs sends their damage sky high. Back them with at least 1, maybe 2 Centaur Chiefs- meld them with FA if possible. A Moon Guardian/Arrow Brave would round that out fairly nicely. Arrow Brave fits better if you don't use any Flame Brave (using one probably won't get you in TOO much trouble against Neander decks).
Satyr Sentry makes an excellent choice. Best meld options here IMO are FA or mass heal, depending on what your other creatures are. If you have a Treant Guide or two, FA is probably more beneficial.
Treant Guide melded with dodge is a very decent possibility. Their mass heal is beyond amazing with a heal amplify rune, and they buff max HP as well.
Frost Ragers as mentioned are always decent. Sprite Link works well here.
Horned beast is incredible, totally worth your while to get one or two if you can. Recycle needs to make a home somewhere most likely, and there a bunch of other possibilities with this bad boy.
As a starting point, here's an idea:
Ash Beast
Ash Beast
Centaur Chief (w/FA)
Centaur Chief (w/FA)
Arrow Brave (w/Life Sap/Soul Swap/something else?)
Satyr Sentry (w/FA)
Treant Guide (w/Dodge/Sprite Link)
Horned Beast (w/Fatigue 8/Recycle)
Horned Beast (w/Fatigue 8/Recycle)
Frost Rager (w/Sprite Link)
You don't really need bless with a high level Bear. A furor rune would help if you got it levelled a bit to ensure it hits the field early.
Very tough to make a solid deck with the 10 card limitations, have to make sacrifices sometimes. Just create your base deck and keep using it, you'll begin to see which cards are passengers and what you're lacking, then you can fill it with whatever cards you have around.
