Hi guys and girls,
I've been playing for nearly a month now and have spent some cash and got some decent 5*s but not sure how to fit them all together, and advice would be welcome!
Heroes: Wight Devil Hunter Balrog Legion Bowmaster Patriach
5* Morti Killer Queen Revenant Magmus Pit Dragon Death Knight Thalassa
5* Human Fafnir Ares Great Mystic
5* Fae Blossoms Hanuman Ash Beast Mimir's Tree Phonix
5* Neander Spider Queen x2 Nidhogg
Currently I run with a hybrid team of Death Knight/Thal/Haun/Mystic/Rev/Phoenix/Pit Dragon/Flame Brave/Hell Knight. Would I be better to concentrate on all Mortii deck? Am level 46 and not everything is even level 10 yet, nothing evolved yet as have nowhere near enough materials.
Thanks for any help

I expect at level 46 you'll struggle to make a deck full of 5*s as you won't have the required deck power yet, it will likely be better running a deck with 4*s in it too as you'll make the most of said deck power.
That said, with all those 5*s I imagine you've got most 4*s as well. You could make several very good decks out of everything you've got & could probably jump into tournament and do better than a lot of people much higher level than you, it would help if you listed you 4*s as well for any solid advice - and your available deck power.
As general advice, I'd focus on making 3 decks at the moment - A Spiky Bits deck with Legion, a Morti-based deck with Wight & a Faen deck with Devil Hunter. You'd have pretty much all your bases covered with those decks alone, and could work towards making a Guild Deck as soon as possible - already having Wight puts you in a very good position for this as he is the undeniable King of Guild Map damage.

What sonbalin said is great advice - right now you've probably got too many 5-stars to even use due to cost restrictions - this isn't the worst problem I've ever heard of! Now, I would say that you really don't need to go full Mortii for Wight to work. The stat gains from Wight synergy are not worth the trade for better control over triggering Undying. Also if you're using Cripple as the second talent, then your Creature factions don't matter at all. To best control Wight's Undying procs, I'd aim for 4 or 5 Mortii creatures depending on the enemy deck. More than that and you'll blow your Undying in the first few rounds. It's highly suggested that you continue to focus on Wight's Hero Skill by collecting shards for him whenever you can from the Trials and Guild Malls. Most people rush to at least 6 and then start to focus on other Heroes. You've got the start of an amazing Faen deck with Devil Hunter at the core. I wouldn't worry about spending Credits on leveling up Devil Hunter right now, though, as you'll want to dump everything you can into leveling up your Wight. Your Faen Deck, though, would might actually benefit from more 3 and 4-star Faen creatures as opposed to loading up with 5-stars, especially creatures like Flame Brave. Last, it seems like you should be able to get very far in the Explorer's gate with those cards. That's probably what I would try to do - get out to at least Map 10 so you can get some of the better Exploration sites.

Perfect - thanks both for all the advice. I'm currently stuck on 8-11 as many other people seem to be. I think I need to get leveling Wight (only 2 atm) and get everyone up to speed as you say. Thanks again!

Thanks again! I'm guessing you've already read the 8-11 threads in the "How to (Maps)" subforum, if no head over there - there's plenty of good advice. Centaur Chiefs and Arrow Braves are pure gold for that map specifically, better than most 5 stars. Those along with a Disposal card or 2 & Wight should get you through soon enough.

If you have 3 Chiefs that should be more than enough! They'll definitely need levelling though.

Just to comment on the use of undying etc, you can make a deck to suit your needs and still have undying work. You do not need to build a full mortii deck. Looking at your cards, I can assume you do buy gems, so I'll just make a few simple suggestions to aim for down the line. Firstly, I'd suggest melding off your Great Mystic's revive later on, some excellent suggestions for candidates would be Bloodletter, Mimir's Tree and Fafnir. All of which are available from guild maps. I'd suggest getting into a good guild, and work on farming creatures needed to improve your deck. Also, melding off your recycles is also a good idea. Some of the more common candidates are Light Brave, Dullahan, Harbinger, Swordmaster and Horned Beast. Some of the odd ones (still viable) would be Spirit Siren and Graboid, the graboid I won't recommend, because while it is a solid card, there are better melds for it than recycle. For the makings of your deck, include Great Mystic, Mimir's Tree, Thallassa, Fafnir and then the rest is up to you, you do not need more than what you already have to progress for now, it's just a matter of building the right deck. My own mixture deck for reference, my Wight is lvl 8 (5 shards from 9) skills are Aura 10, Cripple 9 and Undying 10

Hi thanks for the input, I have some royal dragons and it looks like you have a few, what makes them stand out? It will be a while until a can evolve any units but interested on what works.
