Keep your deck power low. The gauntlet is your best source of 4star shards. You're going to get stuck at some point in the trials, and it's going to be much before you can buy 3 shards from the trial store every day. Meanwhile, if you full clear the gauntlet once per day, you not only get 3-5 hero shards from the golden chest (or sometimes a 5star creature, or 5star hero shards, or a full hero), you also get 2100 gauntlet tokens (500 buys 3x 3star hero shards, 1200 gets you 3x 4star hero shards, and their are 4 different 4star creatures, one of each race, and you get 3x of each of those for 400 tokens each). So you'll want to pick a 4star hero to farm, and spend your tokens on those shards every chance you get. I went with wight, because it's great for guild map damage.
That brings me to my second tip, get into a guild with all the maps unlocked, their are alot of them searching for contribution farmers. They'll generally have four to six maps open (four is closed because it's really easy to clear it), just collect shards (and hellhounds, panther chiefs, puppeteers and twins when you can get em). When the guild gets near full contribution, the leader will clean house, bringing in his main guild, this is fine, don't worry about it, there are alot of contribution farming guilds out there. Just avoid the ones that tell you not to apply for shards/creatures.

So I've been playing 40 days, ive gotten around 350 4-star hero shards (half of them are from gauntlet, at least, another 30% are probably from guild mall). If you're deck power is around a 3.5k, you can probably run Frost Rager lvl 10x3, Flame Bravex2 (one 10, one 5), and Treant Guide lvl 10x1
That should get you through most levels in the gauntlet, just interchange low level heros. You may have to wait the 12 hour time, so I'd reccomend doing the first 8-10 levels (basically until the bulk of your creatures are dead) earlyish in the morning, and then again later. If you get into a decent guild, get 2 hellwolves as fast as possible. I have a 5 creature deck (hellwolf hellwolf thalassa gorgon *blank*) that I use on decks with disposal or the ability that ignores frost armor. The blank is irrelevant, if your power is beneath 4k, if it's above 4k, I'd reccomend another gorgon, or maybe hanuman/balthazar (this can be tricky). If you can't get your hands on some of those five-stars, or hellwolves, you'll need to hold onto practically all of your three star cards. I loved rogue scouts for clearing human cards.
Gauntlet trick: if you dont like how the cards fall, force quit your game, and when you boot it back up, it'll have reset (dont do this on guild map attacks, it doesnt work for those).
When it comes to energy use while your waiting to get decent cards. You can never have too many frost ragers, three or four treant guides is more than enough, blood warlocks are surprisingly good (especially for finishing off some of the guild maps with snow harlots). If you find a shadowstealer(2star mortii card) hold onto it, the strikethrough 6 or 7 or whatever it is will be needed(reccomended) lategame. If you find yourself with extra energy after you've explored for the cards you want (colossus is meh, but horned beast will be AMAZING later, and as soon as you can farm oracles, do so, top priority for energy use), run maze 4 until you're out of energy, it'll take about 40 energy per run (sometimes more), you'll get some money, some 3star essence, and 2 to 5 star creature (dont hold your breath on a five star). Buy anything from the bazaar that doesnt cost gems (1 and 2 star heroes are nice to have as fodder for gauntlet, zora marauder is really good for cleaning up guild maps). Im not particularly focused right now, just kind of through a bunch of information ive picked up playing, sorry it's not more organized.

Looking at your cards, Id definitely say build the 3x frost rager, 1 treant elder, 2 flame brave deck. The idea when you play is to get 2 or 3 frost ragers at the front, and just stack a bunch of health on your creatures, so that you can let the flame braves clean up with their aoe. You have to be careful of insta-kills, but that 6 creature deck is ridiculous. You can check the average power of the gauntlet if you lick on question mark at the top left of the gauntlet screen, it's the highest your deck power has ever been saved as. If you've used 10 lvl 10 3+ stars, your power might be higher than mine at the moment (it's around 4.3k). I'll probably post a comprehensive guide this weekend, I've been aiming to do something like that for a week or so.

Earlier I was using some decks around 6k. Now I have deck around 4k but opponents are stronger (2nd stage and player with deck around 5k) so I think this deck with Frost Ragers, Flame Braves and Treand Elder is useless. I want to do at least 8 stages in one shot not max 3 as I do now.

Yea, the gauntlet uses your highest ever saved deck. You're going to want to get as far as you can in the explorers map with the 6k deck. Build up shards on as much as you can. It may take some time to get to the point where you'll be able to full clear. Oracle > horned beast > thalassa (2 of these will make clearing easier)

Amazed at how many 5 stars you have. Just reached level 35 and only have one 5 star (the free Thalassa) Any tips? Currently stuck on 6-9 and I mainly play all faen deck with flame brave, voltic priest, Frost Ranger, the Magic guy that's like Flame Brave Elder and I can't remember what else lo. Using the hero Poison Ivy

I faced a level 35 today (same level as me) and he had all level 4 and 5 creatures? I don't see how this is possible as I only have one 5 star creature. Plus they had rebirth and disposal. I cannot figure how to win against these guys with my all Faen deck
