Hi.
I have a noob question for the experienced ones. I just got my 1st Graboid (I just cleared Map 10, so I can farm it from all 4 dungeons).
From what I've read and seen, it is a pretty awesome card if melded, but my question is, should I try and save them for melding or use it to unseal Phoenix or Arcane Sage?
I know in the long term, saving them for melding is nice, but this could take quite some time (farming and waiting for 2x melding event)
Are Phoenix or Arcane Sage a game changer and are worth unsealing them as quick as possible?
Thanks

Phoenix is useless unless you're using him in an Alchemist deck, so I'd unseal Arcane Sage over him.
Really, farming Graboids takes no time at all. You can get one, and then already have another one in only a few days because of how much you can explore for him (and because his shards seem to drop a lot more than others).

Graboid is easy to farm so whatever. If you want a neander focused deck, you may need like 3 graboids (Sac8, FA5 and BB8) and some Stabboids for further maps (Believe me, you'll regret not having stabboids on stage 13+) and maybe a Lifesap graboid too for guild maps :]
And not, Phoenix only do well in a heavy magic-focused decks (Predator + full faens or Alchemist + all magic nukers you have), arcane sage is good but you need him in a human deck since his hp is kinda low. So only if your deck is around humans, go for arcane sage, otherwise, leave phoenix alone and farm a ton of graboids :]

Lol I'm level 91 and still don't have a Phoenix. And I don't plan on getting one anytime soon XD That should make it pretty clear how bad it is ^~^

Hey lay off phoenix! I really like my seals phoenix. Fire damage creatures can be some of the heaviest hitters out there. Fire runes boost the damage potential kind of absurdly high, and high level sorcery runes are all over the frickin place. Its also really fun to just nuke an oppenent into ashes really quickly.

Even in an alchemist deck Phoenix is pretty bad, there are so many better options out there.

Thanks for all your replies. I thought about it more and seems like Phoenix won't help me much currently. Plus, being a F2P will be almost impossible to get enough duplicates to meld him Also, arcane sage couldn't help me as much as I want. My main deck is currently with Wight and lots of Mortis, like Thalassa, Hellwolf, so I guess Arcane Sage wouldn't fit in my main deck and while he could so something useful in my human deck, not sure if it's really worth it, especially since some of the required creates to unseal Arcane Sage I got from token malls or whatever and I can't farm them yet (stuck at 11-1 currently). I saw in many top decks and also all over the forum that melded grabois are freakin` beasts, so I'll just save them and farm them up like a mad man Noob question: what's a Stabboid? A graboid melded with stabthrough?

Yes but "grabblow" could easily be mistaken for something else!
