Wow... Just noticed Arcane Sage has 902 base dmg at lvl 10 Blaze 10, inflicts with burn all enemis, dealing 200 dmg after their turn. With sneak 9 (135% more dmg if enemy inflicted with burn), he deals a sh*t ton of dmg. Add to this the Vacuum Bomb (500 DIRECT dmg to enemy across and adjacents), that's a pretty high DMG card, I'd say. Is this good in guild maps, though? I guess the burn will deal that 200 dmg at the end of turn, before the "cleanse" comes from the hero, or whatever the name of that skill is, that removes all buffs from the creatures. Even so, from one single turn, Arcane Sage can deal at least 4.5k, assuming you play it when the enemy has about 4-5 cards on the map, and you put it so the enemy across has adjacent creatures on both sides. I gotta say, I'm not sorry I used the needed creatures to unseal it.

that would be a sweet evolve. I like FA 1 better than higher for guild maps, because you get more return from zora's battlewill

Flaming isn't removed, which makes sage even better. I got a lucky FA5 success meld on my first try, and damn does he deal a crap ton of damage. Add that to a hero with firestorm and you can get a solid individual damage output.

I use him on GM... I'm quite pleased with his DMG output. But I run a bullseye/FA deck so I melded FA 7 on him and he substains well. If you don't have the copies to meld him (I know a lot will disagree) but run with *Dragon Rider w/ Ice Shell 10 until you can Meld him he is well worth the meld because he is very useful even outside of GM. One of my favorite cards

Stuff that builds up over time is better for 100 round fights. Bloodlust swords get over 9k attack just on their own and hit 3 creatures.

He's pretty sweet in guild maps if you can support him. He goes extra crazy with a sneak rune.
