Alright folks I hope you've all had time to collect yourselves because it's time to kickoff the next installment.
This round will consist of 4 strong, viable low cost creatures. They can be all of one faction or 1 from each. The goal is 16-19 cost evolved and balanced. They can be 4☆ or 5☆ but you have to keep in mind they are low cost so the skills can't be overpowered and the stats must work in tandem.
You can balance a card in many ways: skills (and their lvls), cost, atk, hp, timer. Don't be afraid to make it an ***hole but make sure there are checks and balances.
The best overall score will be 100 points. For those bad at math that's 25 points per entry with a max of 4 entries (accepted in one single post). I will be grading name(2), skills(13), cost(2), stats(6), and timer(2). 1 point will be awarded per criteria just for including it with your entry. For name/cost/timer an additional point will be awarded if they are balanced with the rest of the card. Atk and hp can gain up to 2 additional points each if they are balanced with the rest of the card. Skills are where the magic happens. Using three existing skills is perfectly fine and can net you up to 12 points if they all work well together and are balanced with the rest of the card. 1 additional point will be awarded if the card contains at least 1 never before seen skill.

FLASH (human) 14 Timer(0) Dmg(250-450) lvl15 = 500 Hp(400-500) lvl15 = 600
1. Ambush(+200) 2. Picking off 2(lvl5) 3. TIME TRAVEL: if the opponent creature dont kill it in their first basic attack (including sweeping blow) retreat itself and the opponent back to the decks
Notes: most annoying card in the game. Works efficiently with vitality and protean runes (possibile hp value with runes <lvl70 = 600+500 & >lvl70 = 600+800)
Pros: meld with dodge or FA Cons: direct dmg and magic dealers.

I love these. Exactly what I wanted. They are really good without being "too" good and I was really hoping someone would do a 4☆ set. Not particularly an entire set of 4 but set nonetheless. I wasn't overly fond of Graveyard Guardian as while the other three can all build tyrants (for 2 rounds) while used together, Graveyard conflicts with Forests ability. I had difficulty deciding if I should grade these individually or as a set and decided that since their last skills were codependent on running at least 2 I should balance them together and this is why it did not receive a perfect score. Joker is extremely niche (even if it applies to hero skills as well) but I could see how well he would play that niche well. Leprechaun is better than HB for sure but at the cost of being basically a clone. Dark clone over dodge stops bullseye rune procs. I like that. His stats are better than HB which is also a plus. Overall he is just a replacement (not alternative) to HB. Maybe Hb's older, shorter brother. Svirf Overall 99 Arbalist 25 Witch Doctor 25 Ghoul Lord 24 Meliae 25 ☆HM+1
All good cards with one exception. Ghoul Lord loses a strong potential meld of Immunity with his magi sheild which otherwise would have been a fantastic card. You could have given it a mid lvl Bloodrage and it would have been best in slot. Meliae got Honorable Mention for its unique-ly fantastic meta. In a deck with rec hb and revive mimir it is amazing.

CONGRATULATIONS svirfYou have won CCC#4. Your prize is a bag full of cobras. I'll just need an address, a current photo, and a list of your fears. Also the responsibilty of hosting the next CCC and stuff I guess. It was a close call between Justnr1k and yourself and I had already chosen Meliae as an Honorable Mention so decided it warranted the tie breaker. Better luck next time everyone else. Keep creating and sharing. Theory crafting was what hooked me when I started playing over a year an a half ago. In its current state, DH has very little options for crafting decks as the meta all but demands specific cards be used. These CCC bring back that glimmer of open possibilities.
