Hello ,and i will be your host for the 6th CCC. On this CCC you are required to make 2 creatures that synergizes with the current creatures we have on the game. It can be anything from making the 3* creatures viable in the meta to making useless 4* creatures better or have a use in the game.(i'm looking at you Mammoth Rider) How I Rate The Creatures You Submit:Part A (30 points):This will consist of the name,cost,stats,timer. Part B (70 points):This will consist of how you word the skills you give to the creatures,how balanced will the card be and explain how the skill works in game. Svirf - in case of tie ill judge by personal preferance. The deadline will be on the 31st of July 2016The winner will be given a title,colorful stars and be the host of the next CCC Have fun and go wild

Justice Defender (Human) ☆☆☆☆☆ Cost 20 Timer 6 ATK 400 (Base)/ 570 (lvl 10)/ 655 (lvl 15) HP 1250 (Base)/ 1930 (lvl 10)/ 2270 (lvl 15)
Heart Balace - Any damage taken by this creature is halved and equally shared as increased Max HP for all other creatures you control. Body Balace - When this creatures attacks, 20% of the damage you dealt is equally divided among all your creatures as ATK increase. Protection - Immune to disposal. When player, linkes all your creatures, you will recieve the damage they would take.
This card is mostly for supporting, althought it will obviously make 5 star cards stronger as well, it still work with low star cards as it doesn't have restrictions. Pretty much a Sac10 wonder to maximize the HP/ATK boost of everyone. Maybe a top tier GM card.
Silent Knight (Mortii) ☆☆☆☆☆ Cost 21 Timer 4 ATK 520 (Base)/ 750 (lvl 10)/ 865 (lvl 15) HP 1100 (Base)/ 1620 (lvl 10)/ 1880 (lvl 15)
Equalizator - When played, deals Direct DMG to all opponent's creatures equal to 30% of their Current HP. When destroyed, deals Direct DMG to all opponent's creatures equal to 30% of their Missing HP. Last Will - If a creature you control dies (Except this card), it can inmediatly perform its actions before being sent to the Graveyard (Ignoring which is the turn player). This effect can't be negated, only 1 Silent Knight can activate this effect at the same time. Forced Revive - Returns one of your Creatures without any Revive/Recycle skills from Graveyard to play for 1 turn. This effect can't be negated and ignores Torment. The revived creature by this skill can perform its actions in the turn it is brought to play.

(1) Sweeping Blow
(5) Chainstrike 3 (10) Frenzy Basic Attacks increase ATK and Max HP by 150 and restore HP equal to 10% Max HP.
Slow build up but can be a monster after 6-8 rounds.
Death's Embrace Morti 4☆ Timer:4 Cost:14-18 Lvl 10: 375 ATK 1155 HP Lvl 15: 600 ATK 1480 HP
(1) Death's Pact When receiving a fatal blow from basic attack this creature and the attacking creature are removed from play.
(5) Unbound
(10) Cascade of Horrors Basic Attacks inflict Death Gaze to targets. Creatures inflicted with Death Gaze inflict Death Gaze to adjacent creatures at the end of their next round.
Cascade of Horrors can theoretically lock out the entire enemy board as long as it consisterly hits the main target. If it dies from basic attack its gone for good but if you meld frost armor you can attempt to sway the chances of removing a bullseye crit with it. Or you could just give it stoneskin to round out the best of immunity.

I couldn't understand your conditions and the two entries don't clear it up as well..
So,
In the spirit of the upcoming SUICIDE SQUAD, i decided to create creatures with such TASTE.. (outlaws and maniacs)
CELESTIAL FUGITIVE (human) 26 5 star 6 timer Dmg: 400-1000 Hp: 1200-3000 Skills: 1. Aid of Outlaws: increase hp of all creatures with different faction to the hero by 600 2. Liberation: activates Unbound on itself and Cleanse on two creatures 3. Trial by Combat: when killed, summon the highest cost creature in deck or graveyard to play as its champion (ignores torment) and CF is disabled on the spot. After the champion made a kill, it is enabled along with sacrifice 8 and sacrifice rune 1.
Notes: Trial by Combat activates like Hybernation of AQUARIUS.
RAMPLESTILTSKIN (mortii) 26 5 star 6 timer Dmg: 400-1000 Hp: 1200-3000 Skills: 1. Mischief Guard: 60% chance to dodge any dmg and direct it back. (Direct dmg included) 2. Crazy Pact: when hp falls below 10% directly exchanges hp of enemy highest hp with itself and transfer all negative buffs to them. (Activates once) Magic maniac: activates a random magic spell (including hero talents) that targets all creatures like Tempest, Firestorm, etc.

In spirit of the OP, I'd like to try and create some pairing cards with the crappy 4☆☆☆☆ creatures we currently have.
Dragon Tamer ☆☆☆☆☆ Mortii ATK: 300/500/700 HP: 1200/1500/1800 Cost: 20 Timer: 4 (Can be immediately played if Cave Dragon is on field)
Dragon's Bond: When this creature and Cave Dragon are in the same deck, reduce the cost of this card to 16 (Equal to an evolved cave dragon).
Backwards Kamikaze: Cave Dragon automatically receives a level 10 Flaming rune when this card is played. Whenever an enemy card affected by Cave's Dragon Blaze is destroyed, it deals 500 direct damage to adjacent cards, along with the 200 from flaming rune.
Intimidate: Intimidates all enemy creatures affected by the skill Fatigue. Whenever they activate a skill, their attack drops 100.
Techno-Warlord ☆☆☆☆☆ Human ATK: 1000/1300/1600 HP: 800/1100/1400 Cost: 23 Timer: 4 (Can be played immediately if Techno-Chief is on field)
Sage Wisdom: If this creature is affected by Techno-Chief's Sage Advice, permanently double this creature's total HP after the increase.
Cain's Mark: When this creature and Techno-Chief are both on the field, both gain the skill Bloodlust 15.
Dusting Blow: This skill will activate when Techno-Chief uses sweeping blow to attack 3 creatures at once. Deal direct damage equal to current attack; damage dealt is shared equally among all enemy creatures. In order for this skill to activate, Techno-Chief must hit three targets with a single attack.

Dragon tamer-70 marks Techno warlord-90 marks Overall 80 marks Thank you for making this submission,although techno warlord is a very good card,i just dont see how Dragon tamer is strong or makes cave dragon stronger.

Chainstrike effectively makes this a sweeping blow/ bullseye card. Additionally, chainstrike + sweep means you have the ability to hit several cards at once granted they have duplicates of different cards.
