Hey guys, I have been playing deck heroes for a while now. I have obtained 4 5 star heroes but I am struggling to obtain rare 5 star creatures. Right now the only rare 5 star I have is paragon. I was wondering if you guys could help me with the best way to going about obtaining these creatures 😃

The answer is simple. Money.
There is frequent 5* stars creatures sold or bundled with $99.99 package.
Sometimes it have Accumulated 16400 gems rewards for a 5* creatures.
Last time Dahlia "only" sold for 25000 gems, Columbus "only" sold for 20000 gems. It is obviously value for money. At around the price of a new Laptop computer, you can have a powerful 5* creature in a mobile phone game called Deck Heroes.
If you planned to be competitive in this game, you have to be rich, very rich, and willing to spend onto the game. Then you will be successfull!

Money is the quickest path, true. It is the option I chose, but it doesn't work for everyone.
Finding a good guild can provide you with other 5* cards, meld opportunities, deck strategy tips, gem conservation/spending tips and community to help maximize your fun.

Also I'd like to add that if you do choose to wait for a 99.99 package there are only like 4 or 5 cards worth it.
Octavius, Aquarius, Taurus, ?, ?...

Also I'd like to add that if you do choose to wait for a 99.99 package there are only like 4 or 5 cards worth it. Octavius, Aquarius, Taurus, ?, ?... The listed cards would not be offered in conjunction with a $99 gem buy. Aquarius, for instance, most recently required 5x$99 gem buys. $99 bonus card day might net you some other nice cards, though, including Great Mystic. If you choose to take advantage of these offers, I caution you to be selective. Most 5* creatures look really cool and useful on the surface, but the wide majority turn out to not be. Folks here on the forum can help you discern their value for your needs. Lately they have been requiring more purchases to get the cards, however. This $250 offer today to get Aries is positively asinine. Hopefully this is not the new standard.

I myself did buy the scorpio deal listed recently and really am happy with her but she def needs a meld. My point was just that those are the only ones really worth it. The Aries deal today is f'ing retarded.

Well.. with time and patience you can, I have Gemini, Paragon, 2 Mystics, Recycle 2, and several useful "normal" melds like Sac Ana and Sac Pit, those are better than a few rare 5*

The price set is getting higher and higher. $99.99 package is now not enough to get to good card.
You need 5 x £99.99 = £499.95 to buy gem in order to get a creature.
It become the new standard.
Price will be set higher an higher in order to maintain the profit as more and more players left the game

As a company, wouldn't you rather have have more people spending a little money than a few people spending alot. The majority of players are blue collar workers that have mortgages and families to take care of. How do they expect people to partake in such a good game when they put so much of it out of reach?

Of course they would, lot's of small investors is far better than a few big spenders. Not an issue if a couple leave with the former, with the latter it is going to be felt

What usually gets me a new *RANDOM* 5 star creature is saving up 100 coupons and use them all at once. Somewhere between 60 and 100 tickets spent I get a 5*. Strangely enough, that usually is Balthazar for me but still, 5* = 5* right?
