Herein follows my attempts to beat 16-12 and the details of it that I've gleaned insofar.
* The enemy hero is a lvl 1 Spirit Arbiter with Confine (increase enemy timers by 2), Blitz (decrease your own timers by 2), Pacifist (prevent rage gain from anything but Sacrifice and rage drain), Backup (draw 2 creatures this turn), Impede (prevent enemy hero from drawing a creature this turn) and the piece de resistance: Blade Shard - "At the start of your turn, reduce the ATK of 1 enemy creature(s) with the highest attack to 0. Deal # times of reduced ATK as Direct DMG. In other words, you will have to win this one using non-ATK based skills and almost everything has Immunity. * There are 2 Ras in the enemy's hand. At lvl 15, Ra has a base HP of 3605, but has runes and equipment that add another 3910 HP. Ra also has Sacrifice 15. If Sacrifice triggers, Ra enters play with 24423 HP. * Ra's Wrath at 15 inflicts Wrath (burn effect) and ignores Immunity. The graphical indication is a spinning Black Hole with a burning rim. Deals 1000 Direct DMG upon activation and another 1000 Direct DMG after the creatures' turns. Has a 15% chance of removing the creature sfrom play after their turn. As in remove entirely, no Recycling or Reviving. This skill cannot be Cleansed using Henrietta. I tried playing Alice to see if she'd remove it, but my hero died before I could. Since Ra's non-melded skills cannot be disabled, even by Aquarius, you will be hit by it every single turn there's a Ra on the field. The only saving grace here is that Ra does not have Immunity, so he can conceivably be Instakilled and Disposed of. * Ra has the same skill as Hathor, which limits the amount of damage Ra can take from an attack. If Sacrifice goes off, expect to have to hit him some 40 times. * Geomancer has a Torment rune at lvl 10. For each creature in your graveyard, each CPU controlled creature will get healed by 1000 HP at the start of Geomancer's turn.
Theory-crafting: * So, you must play a Druidess. There's no other way to win this unless you manage to top up your rage each turn (which will be difficult since the enemy has a Hanzo with a Concealed Strike rune at lvl 10) so that you survive Ra's Wrath and Blade Shard, in which case you might be able to use Royal Guard. Plus, there's the fact that Ra will have ridiculous amounts of ATK as well. * You must rely on non-ATK based damagers since their ATK will be taken from then at the start of the enemy turn. Octavius and Soul Shrew are no-go's. Taurus will still work since she can still use her HP for Omega Impact. * You must have a high level Hero Vigor rune, otherwise Ra's ridiculous ATK will kill your hero. No, you cannot rely on Kentucky Fried Chicken because of Hanzo.

So as ftp player you could try disposal of Ra and resurect with Arma??? Yes. You could. It likely will not be successful (Hanzo steal your rage, Rec 3, Revive and Revive), plus tons of damage that will kill you dead if you try to play a Tormenter).

On further thinking, though I haven't seen the whole deck, it seems to me Armageddon with high level rage rune and a bit of luck will be necessary. If you can get a Ra resurrected and sacrifice triggered early, he could probably solo everything. It may be worth just running mass disposal with some rage control if possible and ensuring Ra never enters on the opponents side, whilst letting your own do all the work.
Would love to see some videos of this in action. I actually don't think Druidess will even be enough based on this, the damage output wouldn't be enough and as soon as ward wears off you're done.

A few guild mates are doing it with vs. Letting their huge stats kill their own hero. They're not clearing 16-12 with Vile Songstress because nobody has yet to clear 16-12. You might be thinking of 16-11, which doesn't have Ra.

Possibly. I haven't tried using her yet. I just might. I highly doubt it, though, seeing as how the enemy hero has Lucidity because of course she does.

My thinking is that attack based creatures like shrew are pretty useless here because attack is easily dropped to zero. Taurus and Dr. are probably better options.
You need a way to stop the attack. The eq skills make it difficult to keep up, and your hero can die quickly because of the huge attack dmg on many of the enemies. Ordnance with demo beam rune and sylvan Enchantress are both helpful.
You may get lucky and establish board dominance with alice, if the enemy drops a few Morti early.
You need a way to generate rage during your own turn. Pacifism can ruin your day.
