Hi .. This post will help a lot . most of lvl 3 have been shown on the fourm really expainsive and wen u want to craft lvl 5 gold .. If its failes that mean you need to start over . Initial phase (lvl 1 gold ) : Using 1 white +1 gold material Lvl (2 gold ): Using the lvl 1 gold material with and 1 white 1 blue 1 green total chance 80℅ Final step lvl 3 gold 100℅ Using lvl 2 gold and 1 withe 1 geeen 1 gold .. Crafting chane 100% U can get that uasing only 2 golds and some times i take resk and do it onley with 1 gold

Thanks for the tip but 80% sounds a little too risky though. You know 80% in IGG term doesn't really mean 4-out-of-5 chance

what happens if you throw a purple into yuor L2 craft? I wouldn't like to use an 80% and waste an orange if I could invest slightly more and get a (near) perfect chance.
I think if you use 2 orange + 2 blue you get to 80% L3 craft chance, you are using almost 2 orange and 2 blue I think, just spread out across various crafts (2 orange, 1 blue, 2 green, 3 white), so you save ~5 whites (10hrs)
PS. if you craft your L1 orange using the regular technique for getting orange mats, you save a white. I.e. you need 1 orange, 3 purple, 1 blue, 2 green, 5 white.
You get the orange using 3 purple and 3 white, so 6 purple, 1 blue, 2 green, 8 white - total grid time = 104 green ~ 35 days
So:
This is extactly the same time as 6 purple + 2 blues! What you have suceeded in doing is moving the risk of failure onto 1 orange + 1 blue/green/white not 2 orange + 2 blue.
8 purples is around 43 days, your method will cost ~38 days on average (counting the recoverd purple from failures at L2), I wouldn't want to risk it vs the RNG.
As a side note, could we use the orange mat crafting techniques to get blues/purples cheaper than the regular 4x combine?

The blue in last step not important in that screen I uase it just coz no white or green of that material . Normal .. U need 1 gold and to lvl 3 u need also 4 orang . So to lvl 1 u can use 4 purpel method but what after that ? If my fourmla goes well ..u saving time but its reskiy .

Sorry I do not understand your reply.
100% craft of L3 orange can be done using 2 orange + 2 purple (not 4 orange!)
Your 100% L3 craft uses 1 orange + 1 green + 2 white + 1 orange L2
So, it will be cheaper if you can get an orange L2 for less than 1 orange + ~30 green
You are using less than this but introducing an (unacceptable) risk to the process, to try make the comparison fair we incorporate the risk into the cost analysis.
You craft an orange L2 using 1 orange + 1 white -> + 1 white + 1 green + 1 blue ~ 1 orange + 5.5 green -> at 80% success chance -> 1.25 orange + 6.5 green ~ 1 orange + 23 green -> ple the failure rate recoverd purple ~3 green. You save around 10 greens on average.
If you can alter your L2 orange formula so that its ~100%, I think you might save a few greens - this should be checked.
On your last comment, you MIGHT save a week using your method to craft L3 orange, but you might also WASTE a month!

just did some testing and it looks like for L2 orange you need 1 L1 orange + 1 white + 1 green + 1 purple for ~99% chance.
So you invest an extra 12 green to your formula:
2 orange + 1 purple + 2 green + 4 white -> so it saves ~ 13 greens, which equates to a 4 days 8 hours time saving

No. It is not new formula. You are sacrificing the percentage to save some materials.
The loss is significant once failure.

No. It is not new formula. You are sacrificing the percentage to save some materials. The loss is significant once failure. When you 100% craft the L2 orange properly it is slightly cheaper approach to your 'Inital Phase + Phase 1' as per your useful Lvl 5 orange equipment guide. I added a note to that thread detailing the saving. That method is a legitimate update. If you include the failure rate, the original method does not fair too badly - but I agree that nobody with a brain would persue that avenue! This game already has enough RNG without adding more yourself.
