Hahaha they dont even talk to each other in support center,one guy did the job and the other one is not even informed about that, thats encouraging to know You killed him there but at the end you got what you wanted and they now cant say to anyone who is using Windows phone that it is not possible to transfer account/game data to Android.So you killed two birds with one shot! Beers on me!

I'm playing Deck Heroes on Windows Phone for more than 18 months now. Hundreds of hour of play. Today I can barely play on the windows phone, because the last version crashes so often and sometimes slef destructs.

Lol I offered a lot of solutions and i said exactly the same thing for 3 weeks daily prior to the week dh actually stopped working and I got nothing. I send 3 requests today for transfer, by email bug report and chat.
The minimum info I needed to provide was old account igg id, new igg account no, Gmail linked to it, contact email and screenshot of 3 purchases on old account. This was through chat and they are checking it right now.
Other information which was asked for by email for example was, ip address, creation date old account, place of creation.

This app starts with one page with: - Some text explaining support on this device is over. - Some text saying you can transfer your account on android. - A button to quit - A button to start transfer process Transfer process is a page with : - Some text explaining you first have to create an account on android and link it to a google account. the account has to be a virgin account (no gain of gems, no actions taken so that with simple code they can check the target account is a new available account - and valid transfer target) - A form in which you can input the IGG id, the DH user nickname and the google account mail of the target account - a transfer button Afterwards, 2 possibilities : - the process is simple enough to be automated by code with a call to an external web api or service - the process has to be done manually and clicking on the button will only store a Back Office alert, and imply a human action Benefits : - a few days of work - clean end of windows support - no loss of players.
