What are your top two sac choices?
Clearly actually having the copies would be an issue, so please consider that to your own discretion when voting.

Graboid, 2k+ damage no runes yet nor buff, level 15. It could go higher. plus it has sweeping blow. Negative side is that it is prone to seal and paralyze. Twins, if you miss you die, if they attack you die, both are prone to paralyze. Both are 4 stars and are farmable.

Twins, Anathema, Pit Dragon belong in the same league in my opinion. Where one falls short the other dominates.
I have sac Anathema that always kills an enemy Pit dragon after weakening it with gas cloud but against sac twins its tricky.

Anathema and Pit, bullseye makes all the difference. Twins isn't too shabby either, pretty brutal once twin defense procs

Yeah, those are the 'big three' for sacrifice. Sac Graboid does deserve a mention, since it's so amazing throughout the early stages- it's definitely the staple sac8 creature you HAVE to use until you hit the big leagues. But more than that, after it hits that wall where everything has FA, it actually becomes really really good again up high- FA is suddenly nowhere near as common, most popular melds tend towards immunity- and with Paragon and Mythril Drone running rampant and rarely with FA, sac8 Graboid can actually turn into a really strong option once more. Even more so if you happen to have a sweeping blow rune. A 5k+ HP Mythril Drone will wall anything, even sac8 PD/Anathema for a few rounds, but it can't wall against sac8 Graboid. And if either of you have an evolved Drone in an Oceanus war, there's a huge possibility it devolves into 5+ Mythrils on each side, where having a sac8 Graboid could make the difference. I include a BB8 Graboid in my deck solely for this reason.
That being said, compared to the big guys sac8 Graboid remains more situational at the end, and I'd still go for those ones. Cancer and Sagittarius are the golden sac8's- if you ever get a chance, a sac8 Cancer is practically game over. It's fucking impossible to kill or lockdown, and will straight wreck your deck. Although sac8 Graboid... ^_^

Cancer is probably the best, but not perfect. If you don't run it in an Oceanus deck, you will have to worry about facing a cloned one since everyone will use Oceanus against you. It can wreck a lot of non-Captivator or Oceanus decks though.
Titania actually isn't that bad for sac8, but I would never meld it onto her.

Cancer > Anathema and Pit Dragon Twins is a f2p option for a Sacrifice Cancer. Capricorn, Taurus and Sagittarius are also good candidates for Sacrifice especially with the recent updates to their skills, etc etc.

For the farmable stuff imo:
Anathema 9.2/10 Pit 9/10 Prime 8.9/10 Twins 8.5/10 Tits 8.4/10 Graboid 8/10 (assuming no sweeping rune)
I know Naruto said he liked Pit over Ana but retreat queens have just become too big of a deal. I actually recently decided to go with 2 Sac Anas over anything else.

Imagine taking 1500-2000 damage EVERY TIME you hit it. And the card having way over 4kHP, with a guaranteed 250atk reduction on every hit made on it. Did I mention it has unbound, stoneskin, and complete immunity to all magic damage too? That means no poison, no freeze, no paralysis, no retreat, no instakill/disposal, no attack reduction (key point). Oh, and with sac8 it also hits for 2-3k per turn unless you have FA or dodge. The only way you kill it is through physical damage. Guess what- a HB or QT that hits it gets auto KO'd on defence, 100% of the time- unlike the 30% with Twins. 75% of 2500+ atk is a big, big number. Sac8 Cancer is possibly the single most useful card in the game right now. For Taurus, if the skill gets changed then it could definitely be a winner. Potentially 7-8k damage every 2 turns, without even putting Nobility in the mix. With that, Taurus is a definite threat to be considered- but it also has a bunch of vulnerabilities to go with it.

Cancer is so useful that top 5 players have more than 10 creatures with immunity 10 and only 1 of them is Cancer and I'm talking about 1 cancer across 90 creatures. Yea guys you have a good point with the "single most useful card". You hardly see 1 carcer every 5 top players in tournament, anyway you see a ton of dragon lord, alices, pit dragon, paragon, quenn tempess, mimir's tree, etc...

Either you're trolling or you dont understand how hard it is to actually GET sac8 Cancer. People meld i10 away because the chances of actually getting a melded copy are so slim its better to just meld i10 away. You see more DLs despite the rarity because it has nothing worth melding. Unless you actually have 5 copies of Cancer you could be throwing away i10 for nothing. If you gave every top player a free card with sac8 attached, most would choose Cancer. Maybe some Taurus or Sagi now, but mostly Cancer.

Sac8 cancer is devastating, but it has a cost of 24 and causes so much rage to the enemy hero, and with so many people with access to Oceanus now it's "Game Over" to whoever is using it.
