It really more depends on what you want to do with them, as in what Cards you have in your decks.
Most people agree that Hero HP runes (Hero Vigor) are a must for a tourny or arena deck, for almost every hero. Even with the boar protection, it's not a bad idea on Berserker unless you have something very specific in mind.
Next best is Heal Amplify but only if you have enough healers and only if you need that amplification. Still, this can seriously power up your healer deck!
Next best is the Rage on select heroes that benefit from an early cast - this is definitely NOT all of them.
Then is Sorcery for a caster deck, again only if you have casters. Sorcery rune is weaker than Voodoo or Snipe, but the reason it's better is because with Fire Runes and Sorcery Runes you can create a seriously powerful caster deck with pretty bad cards.
Voodoo & Snipe can be very good if you build a deck around it, but it's not easy to find that many copies of those spells. I have a beefed up snipe deck with all Faen Marksmen and Treant Elders with a Bowmaster, and I have a Poison deck with just a bunch of Blood Warlocks with both version of Poison (Voodoo) and Healing (Heal Amplify), melded with Earth Totem and Block. These decks are not good, but the Runes take useless cards and make them interesting or useful on rare occasion.
For base stats, "All" Runes are always better than Faction Specific. The benefit to faction-specific is that you can double up - for instance Faen Vigor + All Vigor + Heal Amplify + Sorcery (or Snipe) + Rage (or Hero Vigor) would be a decent build for a Predator deck.
Play around with it, see if anything suits you, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you got healers, put in heal rune. Otherwise just put in some All Vigors or maybe even some Mights if it works for you.

Haste rune can be very good at high levels- especially for those heros. Wight with undying means you will probably be losing and rebirthing a lot, so that helps slow down your opponent, and boars die a lot too- same deal. Haste works well with decks that arent based on buffing and longevity.
Heal amplify is one of my favourites.
All vigor/might are both great, even 3*- as long as you pump them up a bit.
Vigor and rage are staples of any hero.
Others are situational based on hero. You may like voodoo for Berserker, as the best gas cloud users are Neander. Faen run very nicely with snipe or sorcery. Wight and Human tend to be more mixed.

Works really well with berserker since the boars die all the time.

For Wight I have found atk increasing runes to be preferable. Again because of the rebirth factor. You aren't typically playing the long drawn out battle with Mortii, more focus on quick kills, especially one shotting opponents. Also, most of the best mortii are offensive crits, so playing to that strength makes sense. Sometimes hp buffs actually piss me off cause they will screw over Warlust triggering. I don't have berzerker, but typically neander is more hp heavy.
Agree about the hero vigor. Probably your most important rune.

I am lucky enough to have a Haste V (level 6) on my wight. This is a deck with many disposal/rebirth cards, including two (S) Revive cards on more rebirth creatures. This deck is designed to die ALL TIME TIME because rebirth or wights talents will bring my cards back. With my Haste rune currently operating at 60%, I really get to delay cards from coming out all the time. Haste is my favorite rune for heroes so far

i have 5* sorcery rune but im not using it atm shall i ?
lvl 5 * sorcery rune adds 150 damage. Lets say, i have naga mistress, deals 100 damage with tempest to all creatures, if i use ice rune lvl 5 equipped on her , does %50 more , and İf i use sorcery 5 rune, will my naga do 150+150 dmg to all ??

Ice rune does % more damage to frozen targets only.
Regarding the order of things, you are correct.
(Base dmg * ice rune %) + sorcery rune
Sorcery runes are amazing if you use any cards that do magic damage to all.

Yep even if I only use FB incincernate or FM FA I add Sorcery rune V. FB/Inci8 can 1 shot whole teams if there's not to much immunity.
