Can't figure out what I want to meld on mine......battleblow 8, fatigue 8, recylcle 1. Any suggestions? I originally was going to do battleblow but i really dislike the chance factor involved....abilities seem to not activate way too often.
Also have 9 Royal Knights lol....so i'm thinking frost armour for that one.

As for the Swordmaster; For offense, Battleblow 8 (Alert Guard) For defense, Weakness 6 (Blood Shaman) For survivability, Block 7 (Lazy Guard) Sweeping Blow gives you so many options and Swordmaster is such a versatile creature with being an elite Tank/Damage Dealer hybrid.

The order doesn't matter. Example, royal knight with frost armor takes 5 damage. 100% confirmed. I guess for skills that are constant, or always active, the order doesn't affect them. Makes sense if I think about it in those terms.

Just so you know, Lifesap doesn't do any extra damage, aside from the fact that unless you are perma locked down/miss ever swing your SM couldn't die. Either way, both weakness and Life sap are completely different in terms of deck composition. If you have two healers healing that SM Life sap won't matter as much and Weakness would help protect 1-2 additional creatures after a turn or two. Personally if I had the SM to meld, I'd go Life Sap just because of how amazing my Phantom Liege is with it. Those 1,000+ Heals on top of those two shields would just be amazing!

Example, you wouldn't sacrifice Titania or Death Knight for Ambush 9/10, best option is Ambush 6 from a Troll Scout. Haha same same. Memo note saved on my phones with combos, situations and tactical ideas all saved and written down. I don't have the best memory...... And exactly, I pretty much base my melds around guilds ATM. They're the hardest battles so if your critter survives there, it should hold its on in battles. The only cards I sacrifice are the ones that are obtainable...

I'm about to Meld a Swordmaster and I'm thinking Bloodlust 7 will be best. If she hits all 3 targets she will gain 210 atk per turn. This will be great for doing damage in guild maps.

For guild battles bloodlust is great, but i would prefer a multi-purpose swordmaster, and for that life-sap gets my vote. I think I'm going Life Sap 7 too, would be very tough to remove Swordmaster from the board.

I'm going to put Bloodlust 7 from troll scout on her, +210 attack every round could be huge on guild maps. Its 630 more damage done every single round if lucky
btw, i have only 3 swordmasters for now so this must wait

Ok, I'm resurrecting this thread. I also have a Swordmaster that I want to meld. I already have one with Bloodlust 7. Recycle is out because I have it on Light Brave and Graboid. Disposal is out because it's going on Twins and I'm not counting on another one any time soon. I don't particularly need another guild map creature, but it wouldn't hurt. Also, I run deplete in other situations. As for my main deck I run 3 Graboids and 2 Fafnir for the time being so extra sweeping blow damage is always awesome but doesn't really fill a need right now. Here are the choices I'm contemplating:
Fatigue 8 Battleblow 8 Sacrifice 8 Immunity (7,8, or 9 I'm not sure) Frost Blade 5 Godswill 9 Cleanse (this seems like a weird one, but he is easy to get out on the left. Helps against lockdown, poison, and blaze/firestorm, etc. and I don't have a good cleanse creature therefore it might actually fill a void) Lifesap 9 (or 8 whatever is on Panther Chief)
I have Frost Blade on Technochief and it's not that great. But in a lockdown style deck it cuts through immunity (although I don't think it works on unbound). I have a Frost Armor Naga, Bloodletter with Tempest 1, a Yeti, and a Nidhogg for my other lockdown, but of course they can't beat Immunity. I feel like Lifesap is good for keeping SM alive, but FA on Oracle is way better for that so SM ends up being a jack of no trades. I dunno, I'm totally torn. I'm not seeing how I can really fit it into a deck.

I've got 2 Life Sap and I absolutely love them. Where ever I plop them down, that's where they stay the rest of the match...
Since she is susceptible to lock-downs, or can get hit with a ton of damage from all over, with Sweeping Blow + Life Sap she really does full heal herself quite often.
I have a Bloodlust Border Ranger and the damage scale is just insane. While I would NEVER undo my Life Saps, I wonder what kind of damage output a Swordmaster with Bloodlust 7 could produce.

blodlust for more comptiable sm have high surviveablity and low dmg if you add life sap on that sm maybe cant kill oponent for low dmg end of game sm last stand but your team died.

I got one with bb8 I very much like I recently bought into the sm with recycle idea awesome card
Reading post above bloodlust sounds nice sounds like overtime clearly does more damage then bb8 however there are times bb8 sm clears up with multiple proc early on so I'd say bloodlust for guild map bb8 for shorter fights

was really happy as i got 4 swordmasters in 3 human boosters. now im thinking about 2 melding options:
1)bw 7/8 2)life sap 7
i also got life sap rune IV, so i think my first choice would be to meld life sap on it, that could be pretty amazing. the only thing is, that it needs time to get really high ATK boost causing through life sap rune. battlebow otherwise could destroy creatures in the first round. so what do u guys think? should i also wait for 2X meld day, in total i have 6 swordmasters, but only 1,8k gold and 1500gems.

Swordmaster is one of the most versatile Meld targets, almost anything works.
I'd say go for the Life Sap, you got a nice Rune there and the Battleblow Runes is rare to get.

but would u tell me why exactly u would go for life sap? because im not really clear about it, i often imagine the situations in the crtitical first rounds, where its important to stay alive (life sap could be better here, but with ice shell from gladiator, it doesnt bring that big advantage to the table and you dont boost ur ATK much, therefore swordmaster has to heal itself for a couple of times for a large amount) swordmaster + battlebow could, with a littl bit of luck of course, instakill 1-3 creatures, which would proetect ur other creatures by simple killing opponents creatures. otherwise, if u are using life sap and therefore swordmaster is still alive where the rest of ur team is dead, even swordmaster cant handle to win the fight.
in guild maps its more clear i think, here i would prefer life sap.
