Just curious how twins melded dodge would play? I'd guess Dodge would prevent Twin Defence from triggering, which seems counter productive to me. I think it'd be completely outclassed by FA Twins.

How about skill order? If dodge is 4th skill aint it means twin defence skill will trigger first?they should have seperate chances to trigger i think.

It may work like that, it may not - it's impossible to prove without seeing the code that defines when skills trigger. Edit: Just for comparison a Centaur Chief melded with FA activates FA before Block, even though FA is the 4th skill.

the sequence of skill applies only on active skills. ex.Blaze lvl5 and picking off lvl 10, will blaze first and then picking off. on passive ones will be FA first always and if dmg is going to apply will be reduced by block. same with twins. Dogde will apply first i think.

Tijo, I was wondering the same thing. Was considering making one, but fa twin is supposed to be better.

In theory, for a budget dodge twin, it would have close to 90%( mathematically 30% + 60% chance to "dodge' won't be 90% in this case) and they'd be taking nice damage every time you dodge.

Not really, it doesn't work that way. It's quite a long way from 90%. If dodge triggers first (which I think it does) you'd dodge 60% of the time. The 40% of the time you don't dodge, twin terror activates 30% of the time- so 12%. Your actual evade rate is only 72%, and you've actually reduced the effectiveness of twin terror by 250%- not advisable. If twin terror activates first, it's better- 70% of the time they get through twin terror, and then dodge activates. Same 72%, but twin terror isn't reduced in value. If it works this way round it could be viable. Either way, it's a really cool defence against stabthrough and sweeping blow in general- but you simply can't go wrong with FA. The dodge rune makes for solid return damage, but the two skills don't really complement each other that well.

I'm also interested in if dodge activates after twin terror. The players SexyMotherFker, trun, Calypte, okSteve, and Kaiba all have twins with dodge 8 in their tournament defense decks, so the best way would be to get in contact with one of them. All but the first are also in the same guild, which might give some indication that it does work, or they would advice their members against it...

A deck of dodge twins is less vulnerable to Titania than FA twins. I like them.

Dodge twins was mainly used to counter stab. It's still good nowadays, but i wouldn't use it without a dodge rune.

Twin defense activates first so it has a 30% trigger, then dodge activates 42% of the time... I did like 500 tests a few months back.
