Hello community... I've been having a trouble recently with the tournament... I have a full Neander deck fro defense which is the best deck that I have, but the problem es that any Mortii deck with +5 Undying beats me easily... I think I've read in others posts that Neanders are weak against Mortii...
Can someone explain me why and what can I do to create a Neander deck that can defend well against that kind of decks?
This is my setup, in case you need it!
Hero: Berserker lvl 6 Talents: Neander Aura 6, Full Alert 7, Spiky Bits 8 Deck Composition: •Lvl 10 Abaddon •Lvl 10 Spider Queen •Lvl 15 Panther Chief w/ FA 3 •Lvl 15 Panther Chief w/ FA 6 •Lvl 15 Taurus Elder unmelded •Lvl 15 Ciclops unmelded •Lvl 10 Anathema •Lvl 10 Gorgon •Lvl 10 Nidhogg •Lvl 15 Ursa Major unmelded
Hope anyone can help... Thanks!

Using Recycle cards will increase your effectiveness massively, that needs to be you number one priority.

Yep neanders need some recycle to work. Oinari is of big use aswell. Lots of FA and some earth totem warlock, 2gether with spiky bits should make a decent tourny deck.
Very usefull neander 3 & 4 ☆: Blood warlock - earth totem/dodge Panter chief - FA Graboid -FA/FB/VE Twins - FA + Sac Cyclops - Disposal Flame Master - FA/immu
Ads anathema and niddhog and 1 recyle and you should have some decent deck.

Thanks to both for your advices... I'm working on my second Thalassa because the first one that I have is in my Faen deck!
I should meld the second Recycle on a Neander creature, I should put the classic Recycle HB or should I use Thalassa?

Neanderthal don't really have any cards that work that well with Recycle unfortunately. The Twins is probably the best bet but you'd be better putting Sac 8 on them instead, at least to start with. Horned Beast does work great as you suggested, be sure to buff his HP with vitality & protean runes.

That was what I expected... Okay... I have to make 2 HB w/ Recycle... seems like he is the best option for any deck...

I think he is the single most widely used melded card ever. He is also a healer and healing is highly required so essentially he doubles as recycler and healer, and is a great tank.

Yes... I think is more useful than a simple Thalassa... I hope I can get the meld done on 1 or 2 tries... I'm making a GM Deck so I don't have a lot of energy to farm shards of HB...

Problem with morti is the hero talents and skills... Wight's curse is op.. Undying is op... Even cripple is designed to bring down basic attk damage.... Neander at your rank.. It is hard because they are not immune to any of these skills especially cripple... Ard 700 attk reduction after round 3 ... What critter is left that can do damage seriously... Unless u push the attk in the thousands like a sac critter... Or very high immunity neander else u can't win... U can outdo morti recycling.... So pure neander faction is in fact weak against morti... What I made comment is mainly for 4* heroes for lower ranking tourney decks

Of course... With 5* heroes that doesn't apply at all... Well, I hope I can get some 5* quickly... I'm working on Arma and Judgement from the Tourney, I think they will make a huge different and a few Graboid w/ Sacrifice too...

For any deck you will need some Recyclers/Revivers. There aren't so many Neander candidates to carry the Recycle, but The Twins aren't such a bad choice. But for me the Recycle skill should be put on Horned beast. So a good Neander deck will consist of some of those creatures: Blood Warlock - Dodge/Earth Totem The Twins - Sac8, FA, Recycle Graboid - Sac8, FA, Life Sap, Venom Edge, BB8 Panther Chief - Immunity(7 and above), Bloodrage8, FA, Unbound Flame Master - Incinerate8(awesome meld), Immunity(7 and above), FA Anathema - Sac8, Sneak8, FA, Soul Snatch Some of those creatures with 2 Horned Beasts with Recycle1 and you'll have some potential

Thanks for the advice... I'm working on those recycles and another Graboid... Still undecided about FA or Sacrifice... I think without the rune, Sacrifice is not so good... Hope I can get one soon...

I'd recommend FA or BB8 for Graboid. Sac8 is an awesome meld for him but it is much better being saved for something else. If you meld it to graboid you'll almost certainly want to move it to another creature in a few months time. The only 4* Creature I'd personally recommend melding Sac8 to is The Twins, anything else is a bit of a waste in the long run. If you have enough copies to meld it to Anathema or Pit Dragon instead then I'd definitely recommend that but I'm guessing you don't yet.

Not at all LOL... I'm pretty unlucky with tickets and with the 9.0.0 patch is getting really hard to get shards from GM so I think I'm gonna go for Sacrifice Twins as you say! Thanks

I agree that you are limited a little with the Unseal 5* creatures, but OP should make sure to use them to progress rather than sitting good cards for the hopeful "someday" to come. ie. I've had a lvl 0 Spider Queen sitting on my bench for months while I focus on other melds and getting the cards that truly deserve I9. However, I wish I had leveled her up and used her to help my Neander Deck progress farther. I personally feel that while Mid-Level need to have an eye on the End Game melds, they also need to be able to progress and some of these "not ideal" melds can help.
I wouldn't sit a Sac8 with nothing to do while waiting for enough Anathema's or Pit Dragons (or even Twins if they are hard to come by). By the time I get enough of those 5*'s, I plan on unlocking at least a 2nd or even a 3rd Sac8. Plus, Graboid is farmable and I wouldn't think twice about taking it off of him for a better option; this would only be after using him for the months in between and thanking him for his service to my decks.

Hope I can get one soon... dun run sac without rune unless u have a few recyclers or revivers... Always assume ur luck is bad and the sac will sac your recycler...
