I believe these have been answered many times throughout the forum, but I'll post here for your convenience.
LB - Instakill > Recycle > Disposal Panther Chief - Immunity (or Unbound) > Frost Armor > Battleblow > warlast? (do you mean Warlust, he already has that) Centaur Chief - Frost Armor
For LB, I would meld your first Recycle to a better card against Disposal/Instakill/Lockdown (such as Horned Beast), but then do a second Recycle on a Rebirth. I run Recycle HB & Recycle Harbinger and love both of them. It is very nice when I lose both Recyclers (Wight's Death Curse, Dodge fails...) and watch Harbinger pop back out of the graveyard with Rebirth. But I'm planning on melding my 3rd Recycle then onto Horned Beast. Also, I would rather have Disposal on Stoneskin than Rebirth (although I have Disposal on Dullahan & love having both worlds).
For Panther Chief, he has an ATK increase (Anger, make sure to Rune it), has Warlust & Life Sap. So his weaknesses are being Disposed/Instakill/Lockdown or being 1 shot killed. Immunity/Unbound will make sure that he attacks each turn and lives longer. I would go Unbound if you plan on using him in a Neander deck w/ Spiky Bits; otherwise Immunity > Unbound.
For Centaur Chief, he is a situational destroyer of Neanders. It is what he was built to do and he does it very well. So if you put FA on him, you can watch as he destroys a Neander deck 1 by 1. Other than facing Neanders, he is not worth a spot in your deck and no other meld will make him earn it.

HB is a better option for recycle now. Everyone should have at least 1 runed BB8 Panther for guild maps.

Panther Chief - So many options... I have Panthers with Immunity 9, Frost Armor 5, Unbound, Bloodrage 8 and soon will have one with Battleblow 8... All of them are awesome melds and are for different situations. Centaur Chief - meld him with Frost Armor 5 to nullify the phisical DMG taken

I would think that since Warlust is going to proc every round in Guild Maps anyway, you would get better numbers from keeping your Centaur Chief on the field longer.
CC starts with 697ATK , Warlust procs to go to 1220. If BB8 procs, he will go to 3171. This is a great attack. However if he only lasts a few rounds, you may only get 8k - 10k dmg from him - this assumes he lasts about 8 round (4 of his own attack) and BB procs for 2 of them or 50% of the time.
Now if you got FA and can keep him on the field the whole fight, you get 40+ attacks from him for 49k dmg.
For me, the only situation that BB would win in my mind is facing a Bullseye opponent. But to each player his own.

Anybody put anything like fatigue 8 or incinerate on a light brave? Thinking about a unique meld, possibly for an alchemist deck (someday when I get her....)

Block + rune should be fine to keep him alive for 100 rounds. Bloodrage would actually do a ton of damage against neander guild maps. Giving up BB rune vs neander wouldn't be that bad since they don't have a ton of FA.

Frost Armour is only helpful if your Chief is going to die without it though. If you can keep him alive without FA then it's a waste of a meld. I've got both and they're both great crits in a mid level Faen based decks, whether you're facing mainly Neanders or not. FA is probably the better all around meld for early to mid level decks, while BB8 is still a great card later on for very specific purposes.
