Hi everyone,
I'm currently level 55 which does not allow me to put all the cards I want together in the same deck but anyway I handle to beat the gaunlet this morning.
I don't have any 4* heroe but I have all the 3* so I used:
I started with a human deck and handle it to get to level 9 wihtout loosing any creature. This is the team I used:
The strategy that I follow in gaunlet is basically:
Well, at level 9 I lost my Patriarch so I start the "suicide mission" of my human deck so I put Gladiator and I tried to kill as many enemy creatures I can.
At level 10 I have to start to use Mortii and Neander decks (depending on my oponent). These are my Mortii and Neander decks:
Note: Having two recycle creatures is very very important in gaunlet in my opinion because you can early play one of them if you have multiple creatures in your grave and when the enemy kill your recycle creature you can play the other one to revive the first one again. As I said, it's all about timming and play your recycle in a smart way.
Obviously I started to lose some good cards in the way until I reached gaunlet level 15. I decided to keep one Balthazar for that level because I think that one of the most important things to win the match is to take out the rebirth creature of your opponent.
This is what I got in level 15:
In the first match I used this line-up to sacrifice my Baltazhar to kick out his Thalasa and then lose the game but I also wanted to take out the Cyclops so I put some miasma on it:
I couldn't take out Thalasa in the first match so I have to sacrifice a couple of heroes with a deck only with Balthazar and low level creatures (not more than 5) and when I did it then I start to thin how to beat him.
I have to say that I was very very very very lucky because my oponent does not have rebirth on his heroe. I can't recall but I think he had Hail or something and another DoT spell.
So I used a Neander deck with Spiky Bits and watch how him killed himself in no time:
First round (all his creatures dead because sb):
Second round (all his creatures dead because sb):
And the final of the battle was a piece of cake :
I am dissapointed with the reward because it was 4 shards for Captivator heroe so...I only need 96 more hahaha...I hope this will give someone ideas to beat the gaunlet.

I don't have any 4* heroe but I have all the 3* so I used:
- Human: Patriach (Might 5, Shell 8), Gladiator (Might 5, Shell 6)
- Neander: Legion (Might 4, Sipky Bits 8)
- Mortii: Balrog (Might 6, Undying 6), Chaos Witch (Might 5, Undying 5)
- Faen: Bowmaster (Might 7, Agile 7)
I started with a human deck and handle it to get to level 9 wihtout loosing any creature. This is the team I used:
The strategy that I follow in gaunlet is basically:
- Get the first one or two hits with the hero (depending on my cards) and then play the tanks and then mages
- I didn't care too much about lossing any mage because I will revive them at the end and they help a lot to take out quickly the enemy creatures.
- If I put the Undying Will in my deck then I play it asap because the enemy will kill him and he probably lose a card too (unless it has inmunity)
- When the battle is almost over, like the enemy only have 2-3 creatures in play and I have all under control with my tanks or whatever then I play Hyppolita/Thalasa to revive all my grave. Sometimes you lose 1 or 2 creatures but if you time it well you can have almost all your deck at 100% heal for the next battle. If you don't have Hyppolita or any other creature with Recycle 2, maybe 2 Thalassa is a good idea.
- Since my Mortii deck is the most powefull atm and my Neander deck is situational because of the lack of good neander creatures I leave them for the last levels. I only use neander in case my oponent has a lot of magic damage or his heroe have any magical talent so I can kill his creatures without even atack them.
- Have multiple copies of strong/useful 3* creatures. I have to say that I don't have to many of them right now but:
- Flame Mages: awesome instant damage in the turn you play them and also can paralyze the enemy if you have luck.
- Pit Minions: Freeze an enemy creature it's always nice
- Manticores: I use them when I'm trying to kill an specific creature of my oponent's deck. They don't do too much damage but rebirth is pretty useful for my purposes so I can "tank" a couple of hits and save some health on my hero. Also they can paralyze, so...
- Border Rangers: insane damage too if your enemy doesn't have any kind of physical armor. I don't have any of them at level 10 but I'm working on it atm haha. With meldding this card has to be awesome...I can't wait until I get my own one
- Blood Warlock: I put them in my Neander deck because they are "cheap" to get through exploration and they are very useful for the guild maps and I don't have too many neander cards. Also it's important to note that this guys can heal your Hero so can use it in the next battle.
- Frost Rager: I'm not a fan of Faen play style, but I have to admit that this one is a very good tank if you don't have the swordmasters.
