What is your level and what map are you right now?
What are the talents on you Pawmaster?
Basically if you are using a Spiky Bits setup, you will need a good number of neander cards to activate it consistently. I'm guessing you just getting shards from the better neander creatures now. If you are using an offensive setup (like Death Cloud/Firestorm/Deep Freeze/so on), in this case just use your best 4* for the situation.
It's quite hard to give a pointer when you need a deck for each situation. Maps require different setups most of the time. Overall I like the Spiky Bits setup. It really makes certain hard maps easier. You don't need even super good cards, just a proper number of neanders plus your best 5* cards. You probably can hit map 10 with your cards even without Disposal. Also, work on another 4* hero, Wight is recommended as he is needed for guild map as well and mortii heroes and imba in general.
For guild maps, spiky bits does well in magic dealing maps, but it's underwhelming in other situations. You can check posts about guild map decks. They have good pointers for good guild maps. It may take a while for you (assuming you are starting it from scratch). You need a good amount of cards like Oracles, Naga Mistresses, and other cards for Melding the proper setup to maximize damage.
