Great cards to evolve:
Dullahan Harbinger Oracle Horned Beast Light Brave Swordmaster
I would meld instakill from cyclops onto something else, especially since it isn't in your deck already. Otherwise I think your deck looks solid.

What skills would you suggest adding onto those cards once evolved? I actually forgot to mention that harbinger and light brave are already evolved

Recycle is popular on any Rebirth creature like Light Brave and Harbinger. Also, popular on Hornet Beast because of the added Immunity protection. Instakill may be an option too. Disposal would be great on Dullahan.
Swordmaster, it depends. You could have a fast and durable recycler. Battleblow 8 for more offensive option and Fatigue for guild maps. I see some Venom Edge one times to times.
For Oracle, Frost Armor and Immunity are popular for Guild Map, Trial, and/or some curse explore maps.

You have amazing cards!
So the main question is what you're wanting this deck for? I don't see much of a targeted goal for this deck other than to just be incredibly strong with a decent amount of Stoneskin. With your arsenal of cards, you should be changing up decks each arena fight when on the offensive. This deck's pretty awful for guild maps, somewhat decent for highend guild PVP & tournaments. And the Explorer's gate is on a case-by-case basis obviously. Are you just looking for a defensive deck to log out with?
Here are my thoughts about how these cards interact with eachother (from a less powerful player):
Revenant - Great card for PVP. Terror Dragon - Situational, odd for PVP and Stoneskin doesn't matter much without some support (HP Buffs / Mass Heal / etc) Bloodletter - Situational, at least it has Stoneskin and can do some tanking with Life Sap but that doesn't work well against Frost Armor (exploitable on Defense) Pit Dragon - Good against Frost armor, not exceptionally useful for defense Thalassa - Decent Synergy with Mortii, obviously Meld off his Recycle at your next chance Venom Tyrant - Oddball? Anathema - Oddball, at least it has Stoneskin but Bullseye is good against Frost armor but the enemy will control placement for Defense Nidhogg (Plague 1) - Earth Totem brings very little, at least Stoneskin & Delay 3 are awesome Light Brave (Recycle 1) - Surprising (not bad, just odd) choice for Recycle considering so many other cards in your deck have better protection Hanuman - Great card for PVP.
Your deck has impressive cards and power but without more information on what you want to do with it, it's a bit awkward to be honest. I understand the reliance on Stoneskin but the truth is that a lockdown deck will tear this apart, as well as a good Neander or even straight Physical Human deck. That's really why defense is hard (impossible) to maintain especially without some Revives. Most players just take a few losses in the morning and then get their rank back in the evening.

What I'm wanting to do is create an anti-lockdown deck that is still strong in pvp. Right now I'm trying to meld Sac 8 onto Graboid and Instakill onto Harbinger and I think those two cards would help out my deck a lot.

Hey! Okay so my main concern/suggestion is that you need more/better 4-star Melds still. Also, your primary deck has a lot of volatility for a resting Defense deck, and I would make some big changes. For offense, you should know by now that each arena, tourny, and Gauntlet fight should be looked at first before engaged and that a "perfect deck" is going to change drastically deck-by-deck. Some cards that are way too risky or pointless on a defensive deck are absolute gold sometimes on offense (Titania). For defense, you definitely want 4 Mortii for optimal chance to proc Undying but not too early. 5 would be acceptable, but more than 5 will proc Undying too soon. Just a disclaimer: this is just what I would probably roll with today. My deck is constantly changing and going through cycles on a daily basis and I'm certainly no expert. Line-up I'd use: - Wight
- Revenant (Needs to be replaced asap, his retreat is exploitable)
- Pit Dragon
- Bloodletter
- Queen Temptress OR Hellwolf for now, eventually something better with Instakill or Disposal like Harbinger, Lightbrave or Royal Dragon
- Hanuman for now, eventually Dullahan (Disposal)
- Graboid (Sac 8)
- Anathema or Paladin (Battleblow)
- Pheonix OR Flame Brave OR Naga Mistress, Flame and Naga are better if you can get a good Meld on them (Incinerate 8, Frostbite 5 or Frost Shield)
- Horned Beast (Recycle)
- Light Brave (Recycle)
Why? This deck has a decent amount of coverage for enemy Disposal and Retreat, including punishing retreats with 1 Disposal and at least 1 Instakill. With your Pheonix or Flame Brave, you only have the two creatures to worry about setting off Spiky Bits, so your deck wont be an easy target for a Neander deck. 2 Bullseyes are great, along with the Pyre or Tempest helping clear the board from odd stragglers, and your Wight will also help significantly with this. Revenant's retreat, while excellent in controlled situations, is pretty dangerous to leave in a resting deck. You're absolutely inviting disposal decks to come beat you because the retreat effect in that case just reloads their deck allowing far more disposals. Spirit Siren is an insanely good addition to a Curse deck but unfortunately is a lackluster 5-star in general. With Mortii Strength, you'll find Bloodletter to be significantly better at holding her own ground and cleaning up late game - in fact she often finish off enemy heroes if she's far off enough to the right. Nidhoggs work amazingly well in groups, and can be a core component of a Neander deck with amazing lockdown abilities, but he's just too weak of a 5-star in a deck like this one. Anathema fills the slot better by adding more rainbow-friendly skills and adding a second Bullseye which greatly increases your strength against FA heavy decks. Titania is a great hard to have on the bench for offensive encounters, but as a resting card she's quite weak. By using her spot with a Magic Caster, you complete the coverage needed to protect yourself from all types of decks.

You could farm some Queen Tempests and meld Archdevas retreat onto her also I would meld recycle from light Brave onto another Horned beast. In my opinion it's a much better recycler. A 2nd Twin with sacrafice or FA would be much stronger than Spirit Siren or Pit Dragon.
