Hi guys, i was looking for suggestions for melding my panther chief. my alternatives atm:
frost armor: nearly unkillable, guild map beast. though would rarely trigger attack raise...
Earth/totem hp+ or feral fever atk+
Stoneskin
Stabthrough: my fav atm.

I meant bullseye instead of stabthrough ofc. Bullseye cant be melded. Battleblow seems like a good option for him if you`tr thinking of guild maps, imagine the damage after a few turns when battleblow procs. With only 1000 basic attack ( easily reachable) you`d get 5720 damage In 1 hit.

What a shame. Battleblow sounds nice for guild maps but for normal play seems like overkill. Also after playing for a while with unmelded i feel like he gets locked down too often so im thinking immunity

frost armor: nearly unkillable, guild map beast. though would rarely trigger attack raise... I'm confused with what you mean with the last part here. Anger triggers regardless of how much physical damage you take, as long as you take physical damage. I'd go with frost armor because being close to unkillable is OP!

If you are wanting to be able to trigger warlust consistently and are worried about taking enough damage to activate it, Immunity 9 (from spider queen) would make him basically immune to any kind of lockdown and almost guarantee the chance of getting to utilize Lifesap (as long as he isn't one shotted from physical damage). I know with my phantom liege, the only time he ever dies is when he gets locked down for a few turns in a row. Now that I've thought about it a bit, that would be my approach (Immunity 7 from horned beast is another option if you want to use both Spider Queens in your deck)

Immunity doesn't play nice with spikey bits so I would hesitate to put it on a Neander creature

Unseal might be a viable option then possibly? I think it would work better than Stoneskin, since he'd be able to use Lifesap every turn (Similar to putting Lifesap on a Hell Knight for a Mortii deck)

Also, it will take you many months to get enough Panther Chiefs to guarantee a meld. I'm not saying not to do it, but just keep that in mind.

Unbound would keep him from being locked down. One of the few ways to beat Panther Chief is to prevent him from attacking.
Frost Armor would help him stay on the board against big hitters.
What about Bloodrage 7 (from Colossus)? Just another way to increase ATK that stacks with Anger and Life Sap would keep him healed up so it would basically be free to increase ATK.

Hi guys thx for all the suggestions. I finally was able to meld immunity on him. I know its not good for spiky bits but it makes him also playable with my morti/allstar deck and protects from lockdown/disposal. so now if you cant one hit the 1200 hp u basically cant kill him.

Well i def enjoy playing with it. The 1200 hp is a bit low for a non neander hero though. Cant wait to have my berserker pimped and maybe a nidhogg or two

I've noticed that Sentry Angels from the guild maps are not shards but whole creatures. Are the Panther Chiefs the same? I was assuming all of them were the same after getting my first Angel.

I just hate getting shards for Panther, its so frustrating i had to write in here A moment ago, 10 tries (with 20 gems) - 0 shards Damn. But Getting them just from exploration to have guaranteed meld? Would never cross my mind
